 Brentwood Town Centre has over 100,000 customer visits to the centre each week. The area surrounding Brentwood Town Centre is presently experiencing rapid residential growth. With several high rise and low rise homes currently under construction an additional two thousand new residences were constructed between 2006 and 2007 within walking distance of the shopping centre.
